Rahma Foundation USA is a non-profit organization located in Irving, TX. Our principal aim revolves around serving indigent orphans who fail to gain access to the public education system in Bangladesh since they cannot afford the additional expenditure of school supplies, food, and clothing. We reach out to talented and exceptional gems and provide them exceptional educational opportunities and leadership training and cultivate their academic and leadership potential to rise above the cycle of poverty. In return, we hope these individuals will serve their country and help others, like themselves, overcome severe obstacles as well.
It is unfortunate that even orphans who are equipped with the potential to become successful lack the resources to contribute to their goals. Rahma Foundation USA envisions a legacy of successful and inspiring leaders who will make a positive impact in their society.
Today, of the 32% of the 150 million people in Bangladesh live in poverty. Even today, the hardships and economic struggles faced by poor orphan children go unnoticed. These struggles prolong for an extended period of time either because the society continues to overlook these problems or because they do not have enough resources to alleviate their suffering. As a result, people from low socio-economic classes may remain in misery for the rest of their lives with no hope for themselves or their children- the next generation.
Generally, madrasas and orphanages fail to provide the quality education, decent clothing, and nutritious food that children deserve. As a result, students graduating from such institutions fail to succeed.
In Rahma Foundation, we take full responsibility of talented orphans until they become professionals such as doctors, lawyers, engineers, or teachers.
